1. BB Cookies are a Good Source of Complex
Carbohydrates: There are three macronutrients that are essential for
good health and must be consumed daily – Carbohydrates, Proteins and
Fats. Carbohydrates are your body’s main energy source. Foods with
complex carbohydrates form the foundation of a healthful diet.
2. BB Cookies are a High Fiber Food: As complex carbohydrates,
Baker’s Breakfast Cookies contain, on average, 5g of fiber per
cookie which is considered a high fiber food. Adults need between
25-35 g of dietary fiber a day. Fiber is like a broom that aids in
